Tie your trash bags.
Double bag any pet waste.
Avoid placing any loose, sharp, or broken object.
Be mindful of double bagging any ripped trash bags.

STEP 3

NOTIFICATIONS & COLLECTION

A team member sends out two text notifications upon arrival and departure of property so all residents are made aware of their arrival and conclusion of collection.
Once notification is received, all residents can place their bins outside their doors for collection.
The collection team makes multiple trips on the property to ensure every resident’s trash is collected.
After departing a notification is sent, residents place their bins back inside until next service

We not only go from door to door trash collecting, but we also make sure all your common areas are taken care of. We collect waste from all the common areas and we replace the trash bag from any of those trash cans. Our team members also walk and collect any trash seen on the parking lots.
